关于新建本科院校转型发展中专业建设的思考

新建本科院校向应用型技术大学转型成功与否,关键在于专业转型的成功与否.新建本科院校由于办学基础薄弱,办学定位模糊,专业建设上照搬老本科的建设思路,一味贪大求全,走学术型教育之路,导致专业同质化严重、学生就业竞争力不强.新建本科院校转型发展需要对接区域经济发展需求,设置应用型专业,举办应用型教育,培养应用型人才.

Whether newly-established colleges can successfully transform to applied technological universities, the key lies in how to push the specialty arrangement. Newly-established colleges have displayed problems of homogeneity of majors and weak employment competitiveness. The reasons are as follows： the weak foundation and obscure orientation for school-running, following the specialty construction of those long-established universities, and focusing on academic education. The transformations for newly-established colleges should fit into requirements of regional economic development, set applied majors, conduct applied ed- ucation and cultivate applied talents.
