摘要
以《生态环境状况评价技术规范》(HJ 192-2015)为评价标准,基于遥感和地理信息系统技术,对宁德市"十二五"生态环境质量现状及动态变化趋势进行分析评价.结果表明:宁德市及各县域"十二五"的生态环境质量为优,与2011年相比,2015年生态环境质量变好,主要原因是节能减排、水土流失治理和产业结构转型升级等措施促进了生态环境质量的改善.
According to the Technical Criterion for Ecosystem Status Evaluation（HJ 192-2015）,the situation and changing trends of ecological environment quality were evaluated in Ningde City during the 12th Five- Year Period based on RS and GIS. The results showed that the ecological environment of Ningde City and all counties were excellent. Compared with that of 2011, the ecological quality has improved ever since owing to policies of energy-saving, emission-reduction, controlling of soil and water erosion, transformation and upgrading of industrial structure .
