高职院校学生学习积极性不高,教师课堂上的正确引导和有效管理至关重要。文章结合襄阳职业技术学院建筑工程学院的实际情况,探讨了教学管理中如何实践教师"课堂责任制",从而建构高效课堂。

The learning enthusiasm of students in higher vocational colleges is not high, the correct guid- ance and effective management in the classroom is essential. Based on the actual situation of the Architecture Engineering Department in Xiangyang Vocational and Technical College, the paper explores how to practice the classroom responsibility system in teaching management, supervising and guiding teachers to achieve efficient classroom based on student-centered approach.
