摘要
古代襄阳出产的土特产种类很多,有些曾经是贡品。襄阳鳊鱼(槎头缩项鳊)既为土特产,又是当时水产类贡品。但史籍缺乏明确记载,甚至对"槎头缩项鳊"一语产生误解。早在晋代,襄阳鳊鱼就是"水族之上味"的贡品了。文章从襄阳丰富的土特产至土产贡品演绎中寻觅襄阳鳊鱼成为水产类贡品的文化印记。
In ancient times, Xiangyang produced a lot of local specialties, and some were "tributes". Xiangyang chatou bream is one of the tributes, but lacks clear historical records and is even misunderstood. In the Jin Dynasty, it became the tribute among the aquatic products. The paper probes into the culture of Xiangyang bream becoming the aquatic tribute based on Xiangyang rich specialties and tributes.
