摘要
"酒店市场营销"是高职院校酒店管理专业的一门核心课程。从现有课程看,课程内容与工作实情不符是课程体系最严重的问题,导致教学层次不清晰、实践内容不到位。结合酒店市场营销部门的实际情况,根据基层岗位的工作内容,重新选择课程学习内容。以"工作过程系统化"为改革思路,合理编排课程架构,让学生学以致用,提升思维方式,真正实现素质教育。
Hotel Marketing is a core course of Hotel Management Major in higher vocational colleges. Based on the existing situation, the most serious problem is that the content is inconsistent with the actual work, making the teaching level unclear and the practice content not in place. Considering the actual situation of Sales and Marketing Departments in a hotel, we choose the learning content of the course according to the basic content of jobs. The reform is based on working process systematization and arranges the course reasonably to ensure that the students not only apply what they have learned, but also improve their way of thinking, truly implementing quality education.
