光电专业实验室资源共享库的建设——以知识管理软件为工具

Practice of Shared Resource Database of Photoelectricity Specialty Laboratory——Based on the Knowledge Management Software

文章依据光电专业实验室的特点,提出了实验室资源库建设的思路。采用Evernote等知识管理软件辅助收集、整理与加工资源的方法,进行了实验室资源库的建设工作,解决了传统资源库建设中存在的效率低、知识脉络不系统等问题。实践表明,合理应用知识管理软件,可以有效地服务于专业实验室资源库的建设。

According to the characteristics of photoelectricity specialty laboratory, the author put forward the idea of laboratory resource database construction, which employed the knowledge management software Evernote to collect, classify and process the resources, and then construct the laboratory resource database. It was the solution to poor efficiency, unsystematic thread of knowledge of traditional resource database. Practice proved that rational application of knowledge management software can effectively serve the construction of laboratory resource database.
