摘要 高校教师信息化教学能力是在信息化教学实践中形成的一种特殊能力,是一种指向实践性的能力。目前,高校教师信息化教学意识滞后、信息化教学缺乏理论指导、信息技术应用层次低、开发信息化教学资源难度大。针对高校教师信息化教学能力存在的不足,设计基于Moodle平台的"理论课堂教学+网络小组研讨"双驱培训模式,"课堂理论"教学模式采取模块化培训,"网络小组研讨"教学模式通过学习共同体的建立、多样化资源的共享、同伴的交流协作等提高高校教师信息化教学能力。 The informatization teaching ability is a kind of special ability, formed in the process of informatization teaching practice, which is also a practice-oriented ability. At present, the consciousness of informatization falls behind without the theory guiding, the application level is comparatively low, and the exploration of teaching resources is confronted with plenty of difficulties. Based on all this disadvantages, this thesis designs the double-orientation training model integrating theory classroom teaching with network group studying. Theory classroom teaching takes the way of modular training model, and the network group learning is established by the study community and the sharing of various resources and the corporation of partners for the sake of improving h the teaching ability of informatization.
