摘要
在发动机运转过程中,缸孔会发生一定的变形,如果缸孔位置的刚度在设计时偏低,就会导致缸孔变形量过大,这会导致机油消耗增加、产生窜漏、增加摩擦功,甚至会导致拉缸。所以在设计初期需要对缸孔变形进行精确的计算,文章采用有限元的方法,运用ABAQUS软件分析在螺栓预紧力下的缸孔变形,评价缸孔的刚度是否合理。
In the process of engine operation, the cylinder liner deformation will happen. The low stiffness of cylinder liner leads to the large deformation. It will cause more oil consumption, blow-by, and increase the friction, even the break of the cylinder liner. So at the beginning of the design cylinder liner deformation needs to calculate accurately. This paper use the finite element method, calculate the cylinder liner deformation under the pre-tightening of cylinder head bolt. And evaluate whether the stiffness of cylinder liner is reasonable.
