浅谈双离合自动变速器箱内线束设计

汽车线束是汽车电路的网络主体,没有线束也就不存在汽车电路,同样作为变速器电路的网络主体,合理设计线束能够在很大程度上提高双离合自动变速器的整体性能。文章首先介绍了双离合自动变速器线束的机械边界设计,然后对插接件的选取、导线的选取、线束附件等的设计做出了详细的介绍。

Automotive wiring harness is the automobile circuit network subject, there does not exist the automobile circuit wiring harness.So as the transmission harness.The reasonable design of transmission wiring harness can improve the overall performance of the transmission to a great extent. This paper first introduces the double clutch transmission wiring harness mechanical boundary design, then the connector selection, wire selection, the harness wire appendix design made a detailed introduction.
