关于一种车型冷却系统的改进

汽车冷却系统的作用是确保发动机在任何负荷下均能在最适合的温度状态正常可靠地工作。文章在常规和极限工况进行了汽车室内整车热平衡试验,得出不同环境工况下发动机冷却系统的温变特性,有效地评价了冷却系统的散热能力。本文研究成果为冷却系统的设计成果提供了有效的验证方法,并为冷却系统的优化提供了方向。

Cooling system＇s function is to make sure that the engine in any load condition and working environment can in the most temperature condition normal and working reliably. In this paper, the heat balance test are carried out for the vehicle interior vehicle. The temperature variation characteristics of engine cooling system under different environment conditions are obtained, and the cooling capacity of cooling system is evaluated effectively. The results of this paper provide an effective method for the design of cooling system, and provide a direction for the optimization of the cooling system.
