摘要
文章以某重卡的选换档软轴为研究对象。通过台架试验来分析不同结构的软轴负载效率、行程效率的差别,并在整车上进行试装验证,采用效率最高的软轴状态以提高变速操纵系统的轻便性。
In this paper, the select and shift cable of heavy truck is taken as the object of study.Through the bench test, we analysis the differences of stroke and load efficiency in different cable structures. Then we chose the best one for. test verification in the vehicle, in order to improve the portability of the shift control system.
