PLC控制技术在工厂喷淋系统中的应用研究

PLC control technology application research in factory spray system

为确保工厂喷淋灭火系统具有较高的可靠性,设计了一种基于PLC(可编程逻辑控制器)的独立式全自动喷淋控制系统。较之于集成喷淋灭火功能的油雾系统,有效消除了因油雾系统工作异常而导致喷淋无法实现的隐患。目前已应用于发动机工厂曲轴线。实践表明:系统运行稳定,满足工程上的应用要求。

A system based on PLC （Programmable logic controller） control of independent automatic spray control system in order to ensure high reliability of central spark detection ＆ extinguishing system in the factory.Compared with the oil mist system of integrated spray extinguishing function, effectively eliminates that the spray can not be achieved because of the abnormal work of the oil mist system. Now applied to the crankshaft line of engine factory. Practice shows that the system runs stably and meets the application requirements of engineering application.
