摘要
采集了济南市6辆不同排量轻型汽车一个月正常行驶条件下的数据,分析了车辆实际通勤工况的基本特征,比较了不同排量下轻型汽车的整车及发动机工况差异。结果表明:济南市车辆通勤工况的怠速比例约为27%,平均车速为25km/h;发动机的运行区间主要集中在转速为600~1000r/min,扭矩百分比在10%~20%之间,但是随着排量的增大,发动机的低转速比例升高,增压发动机的低转速比例同样升高;研究的成果可以为基于实际条件的车型开发提供技术支持。
In this research, we chose 6 light cars with different emission degrees in city Jinan and operated them according to their original customer habits. During a period of 3 months, we managed to get necessary data collected. These data are used to analysis essential features of the practical light car commute cycle in Jinan. We also compared car and engine conditions under different emission degrees. Here's the brief result: idle rate of commute cycle in Jinan is about 27%, average speed is about 25km/h; engine interval mainly concentrates at 600-1000r/min, torque rate is between 10% and 20%, however, low rotate speed rates of both engine and supercharged engine increase along with emission degree; through our research, technical support is available for vehicle development base on practical conditions
