某车型空调鼓风机EMC性能提升

摘要 文章主要针对某车型空调系统鼓风机电磁兼容性不理想问题,提出一种改进空调系统鼓风机电磁兼容性能方案,在现有电机工作回路的基础上进行优化,增加接地电容,提升电容的电压值,缩短电容的引脚等方面,并通过试验对比验证电路优化后确实可以提升某车型空调系统鼓风机电磁兼容性能,可有效避免对运行的电器件和人员造成干扰、影响和危害,提升了电气系统的可靠性,减少客户抱怨,满足用户需求。 In this paper, a model of electromagnetic air conditioning system compatibility is not ideal, and proposes an improved scheme of electromagnetic compatibility performance of blower air conditioning system, optimize the existing motor circuit, increase the grounding capacitance, improve the voltage of the capacitor value, shortening capacitor pin etc., and through the comparison and verification of the optimized electromagnetic circuit can really enhance the air conditioning system a vehicle blower compatibility, can effectively avoid the interference of electric parts and personnel operation, effect and harm, improve the reliability of the electrical system, reduce customer complaints, to meet customer demand.
