摘要
发动机缸套的变形对发动机的机油耗和磨损、窜气等均有较大的影响,而发动机缸套在冷态和热态下的变形有很大的差别,文章基于有限元的方法,对某款发动机进行冷态以及热态下的缸孔变形量分析,结果表明四阶和六阶的变形主要由螺栓预紧力引起,而二阶、三阶及更高阶次的变形由温度影响较大。
The cylinder liner distortion will cause more oil consumption, blow-by, and increase the fi'iction. And it is different between the cold engine and warm engine. The cylinder liner distortion will be performed under cold engine and warm engine in this paper based on the finite element method. The result shows that distortion in fourth and sixth order is caused by bolt pre-tightening. And the distortion in second, third and higher order is caused by the temperature.
