摘要
针对桥检车垂直臂升降油缸易出现低速爬行、低频抖动以及气蚀的现象,分析了桥检车用螺纹插式平衡阀的结构特点和工作原理,建立了平衡阀和平衡回路的AMESim模型,研究平衡阀控制比、主阀芯面积梯度、调压弹簧预紧力以及控制油路阻尼对平衡回路动态特性的影响,为平衡阀选型设计及平衡回路的匹配提供参考。
According to creeping, low frequency jitter and cavitation of the lifting cylinder in bridge checking vehicle, the structural characteristics and the principle of a cartridge counterbalance valve are studied. The influences of the damping hole diameter of the control oil mouth, the spring preload changing on the dynamic characteristics of the process of cylinder rising are analyzed by the dynamic mathematic model and AMESim model. The results provide a theoretical reference for the optimization design of the valve and the parameter matching of balancing circuit.
