摘要
轴套作为汽车悬架的重要组成零件,对底盘的各项性能均有影响,如:制动性、平顺性、操纵稳定性。文章以麦弗逊悬架为例,利用ADAMS软件系列中的ADAMS/Car模块,建立起麦弗逊式前悬挂模型,介绍如何运用ADAMS/Car建立标准悬架总成进行悬挂运动分析,并且讨论了轴套对悬架运动学特性的影响,建议性的提出了麦弗逊式悬架的优化方向。
Brushing is an important component of the automobile suspension, which has great influence on variousper -formances of chassis such as braking, riding comfort and handling stability. In this article, the MacPherson fi'ont suspension is built using ADAMS/Car software. How to build the standard suspension assembly is also introduced. In addition, effect on the kinematic characteristics that is caused by brushing is also discussed and the optimization direction of McPherson suspension is suggested.
