摘要
双离合器自动变速箱(Double Clutch Transmission,简称DCT)。双离合器是DCT的主要部件,对其油压的精确控制是DCT电控系统开发的难点和关键。文章基于江淮某款双离合器自动变速箱的项目开发经验,用Simulink/StateFlow建立升档过程中的双离合器油压控制模型并进行仿真。
Double Clutch Transmission which is called DCT for short. Double Clutch is central parts for DCT. The oil precise control of clutches is key point and difficulty for the control system of DCT. This essay is back grounded on the experience of DCT for the project of JAC. By using the tool of Simulink/StateFlow, creating the models to simulate the oil control of double clutch in the process of up shifting.
