Research on Elements and Characteristics of Teachers' Teaching ability in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职院校教师教学能力是由多种不同层次能力成分、多种不同性质活动能力所构成的一种能力综合体,主要由教学基本能力、教学实施能力和教学发展能力所组成。这种能力除了普遍性与一般性的能力共性特征外,还体现了高职教育的特殊性,以及影响高职院校教师教学能力可持续发展的基本特质。

Teaching ability of teachers in higher vocational colleges is a kind of ability composed of various levels of ability components and different kinds of organization skills, which mainly consists of basic teaching abili- ty, teaching implementation ability and teaching development ability. Besides general and universal characteristics, it also shows specific features in the new period and the basic nature which influences teachers＇ sustainable devel- opment of teaching ability in higher vocational colleges.
