科琴黑-苯并噁嗪超疏水阻燃织物的制备及其性能 被引量:4

摘要 随着生活水平的提高及新时代纺织技术的提高,单一的疏水性织物或者阻燃织物已经无法满足当前的日常生活和工业发展中的需要,人们对功能性纺织品的需求越来越大,综合性的疏水阻燃织物的发展与制备已成为必然趋势。疏水性阻燃织物具有防水、防污、阻燃等优良特性,具有更加远大的前景,是目前纺织物研究的热点之一。采用科琴黑、苯并恶嗪等具备阻燃、疏水性质的材料作为原料,通过改变科琴黑与苯并恶嗪的质量比等条件微波固化制备疏水阻燃织物,并对其疏水性能、阻燃性能及导电性能进行了研究。结果表明制备的织物具有较强的疏水性,阻燃性及导电性。 With the improvement of living standards and new textile technology, a single hydrophobic fabric or flame retardant fabric has been unable to meet the current needs of daily life and industrial development. The growing demands for functional and comprehensive hydrophobic flame retardant fabric have become an inevitable trend. Hydrophobic flame retardant fabric has the excellent features such as waterproof, anti-fouling, flame retardant, which may have more broad prospects, and it is one of the hottest topics in the research of the fabric. In this paper, ketjen black and benzoxazine were used as raw materials. By c with benzoxazine and other conditions, hydrophobic flame retardant fabrics hanging the mass ratio were prepared through of ketjen black microwave curing, and its hydrophobic properties, flame-retardant properties and electrical conductivity were studied. The resuits showed that the prepared fabrics have strong hydrophobicity, flame retardancy and electrical conductivity.
