摘要
自新课改以来,基础教育学校课程建设取得了显著的成绩,但是也仍然存在着行政主导的主体缺位、功利取向的舍本逐末、专业缺失的技术虚妄等现实问题。出现这些问题的重要原因之一是对学校课程建设内涵与属性的误解。学校课程建设是学校教师针对学校的育人需求或问题,而对学校课程进行持续改进的专业活动。科学的学校课程建设应该聚焦于学校育人的真实问题,落实到一线教师的教学实践,并切实提升教师的课程素养。
Since the new curriculum reform, elementary education curriculum construction has made remarkable achievements, however, there are still some problems, such as the absence of subject, obvious utility orientation, lack of professional technical and so on. One of the important reasons for these problems is the misunderstanding of the connotation and attributes of school curriculum construction. School curriculum construction is a professional activity in which school teachers make continuous improvement of school curriculum according to the educational needs or problems of schools. Scientific school curriculum construction should focus on the real problems of school education, implement the teaching practice of teachers, and effectively improve teachers' curriculum quality.
