摘要
具备志、情、识、践素质结构的文科预备人才是当前和未来高中教育的育人目标之一。北京师大二附中文科实验班二十多年的课改实验表明:尊重学生差异性的生源选拔机制、在文理兼容底色上凸显文科特色的课程设置、以培养研究者为旨归的教学变革、践行现代人文精神的实践课程群开发,这四项基本环节所构成的培养途径可达成此目标。在此过程中,教师以及基于教师发展的学校管理制度的变革发挥着重要作用。
High-quality preparatory talents in liberal arts should be aspiring, responsible, knowledgeable and be doers, which should be cultivated in high school. The curriculum reform in the second high school attached to Beijing Normal University shows that We should obey the selection mechanism on the basis of students difference, the curriculum provision combines the arts and crafts but highlights the liberal arts, the teaching purpose changes to cultivate researcher, and pay attention on the practice curriculum reflected modern humanistic spirit. These four basic links constitute a training path to accomplish this goal. In this process, teachers and school management system reform based on teachers" development play an important role.
