摘要 提出了冷却水管兼作炮孔的大体积混凝土拆除爆破技术,并结合已有工程经验,给出了如何选择冷却管道(炮孔)技术参数和拆除爆破施工技术要点。以某桥梁拱座拆除爆破工程为例,分析了如何将原设计冷却管道修改成兼作拆除爆破的炮孔,并对比了修改前后的材料和爆破施工成本。结果表明:冷却水管兼作炮孔的大体积混凝土拆除爆破技术能减少钻孔、降低成本、减轻对环境的影响,具有显著的技术经济优势。 The blasting technology for large volume concrete demolition by using cooling water pipes as blasting holes is firstly presented, and combined with existing engineering experiences, the methods on how to determine technical parameters of cooling water pipeline (blasting holes) and the key technological points of demolition blasting operation are also put forward. Taking a bridge abutment blasting demolition project as example, the approach on how to modify the cooling water pipes in original design into demolition blasting holes is analyzed, and the material and construction cost before and after modification of original design are also compared. It is shown that the blasting technology for large volume concrete demolition by using cooling water pipes as blasting holes can reduce basting hole drilling and demolition cost, and mitigate environmental impact. The technology has significant technical and economic advantages.
