全面抗战爆发后,我国报人面临着失业、忠诚不足、职业素养缺失三个方面的危机。为此,新闻界通过成立统一组织、发展后方报业、强化爱国意识、组织专业训练等策略和措施,成功化解了危机。并在此基础上,提升了报人的从业能力,维护了新闻职业的尊严,推动了我国新闻事业的发展。

After the Anti-Japanese War broke out, the journalists faced the crisis of unemployment, low loyalty and lack of professionalism. Through the establishment of a unified organization, the development of the newspaper industry, the strengthening of patriotic awareness and professional training etc., the press resolved the crisis successfully.
