新型安全碎窗器的设计

摘要 现有的公交车虽然均装有安全锤,但是由于有很多因素,比如乘客在突发情况下未第一反应意识到使用安全锤、或者安全锤配备不齐全及使用不当等问题,安全锤并未能真正体现出作用,这样因钢化玻璃窗紧闭而导致乘客未能及时逃生,造成无法挽回的损失。本文设计的安全碎窗器,固定安装于玻璃角落,利用纯机械机构,实现用手轻压即可破窗,实现救援逃生之用。通过样品试验,与其它安全装置对比,具有结构简单、工作可靠的优点。 Although the buses are equipped with safety hammers, yet due to factors such as being unable to realize the use of the hammer in case of an emergency on the part of passengers, insufficient supply or improper use of the hammer, etc., the tool may fail to exercise its due function, resulting in the irreparable loss as the tempered glass window remains shut and the passengers may not be able to escape. The paper introduces a new type of safety hammer, fixed on the glass comer and using the purely mechanical device that can break the window with only a gentle press. Compared with other safety devices, it has the advantages of simple structure and reliable operation.
