乌鲁木齐矿区1号井钻井设计优化及施工工艺研究

摘要 乌鲁木齐矿区是新疆煤层气勘探开发的有利区块,但该区块地质构造复杂,老矿区较多,地表填方多,采空多,井位限制多,具有"高倾角、多煤层、大厚度"地质特点,给煤层气钻井施工带来多项难题。本文以乌西矿区1号井为例,探讨1号井设计优化及难点与对策研究,以此指导和推进本区块钻井工程的实施。 Urumqi Mining Area is one of the most promising blocks for combed methane development. Testing of exploration projects has been done in recent years. The geologic structure is very complex and there' re many coal mines which have been developed for many years, with large areas of surface filling and goaf and limitations of the well locating. This area is characterized by "high inclination, multiple and thick coal beds", which is challenging for the drilling operation of CBM wells. This paper discusses the drilling program optimization and operation technique of No. 1 well, a representative well in this block. The result can be applied in the future development of this block.
