An Analysis of the Investment Logic of Insurance Fund in Capital Market and the Risks it Faces

随着我国保险行业的飞速发展,保险资金的大量积累,在经济发展新常态,利率下行以及供给侧改革的大背景下,我国保险资金从2015年开始大量进入资本市场,在中国资本市场上掀起了举牌热潮,尤其是险资机构频频举牌,相当活跃。本文从研究险资进入资本市场的原因及其在资本市场表现特点入手,着重分析险资入市带来的一系列风险,并试图对这些风险提出相应对策,实现保险行业和我国资本市场的稳健发展。

With the rapid growth of the insurance industry in our country, large amount of insurance fund has been accumulated. Under the background of new normal of Chinese economy, the descending trend of interest rates and the reform of supply-side, the insurance funds has begun to enter into the capital market since 2015 and has aroused a boom of tender offers in Chinese capital market, the insurance organizations are especially active in offering the tenders frequently. This paper, starting from the causes for insurance fund into the capital market and its performance characteristics, analyzes with emphasis on the series of risks brought by insurance fund going into the capital market. Some corresponding countermeasures are also proposed to deal with the risks so as to realize a steady development of insurance industry and capital market.
