摘要
目的:建立三七叶总皂苷中人参皂苷Rb_3的提取方法及含量测定方法。方法:采用乙醇回流提取法、大孔树脂吸附法、离子交换法等提取三七叶总皂苷,HPLC法对三七叶总皂苷中人参皂苷Rb_3进行定量分析,研究其质量标准。结果:三七叶总皂苷产率为12%,人参皂苷Rb3的线性范围为(1.078~6.468)×10^(-3) mg,回归方程为Y=2.2717X+0.8629,r=0.9998;RSD为0.944%。人参皂苷Rb_3的含量为11.17%>10%(2010年版《中国药典》规定≥10%)。结论:本研究所用方法对三七叶总皂苷的提取率高,方法简单可行;采用HPLC检测其含量,专属性强,重现性好,准确度高。
Objective: To establish a method 5or extraction of panax notoginseng leaves and determination of ginsenoside Rbs. Methods: The total saponins of Panax notoginseng leaves was extracted by ethanol hot refluxing, Macroporous resin adsorption and ion-exchange. The ginsenoside Rb3 in the total saponins of Panax notoginseng leaves was quantitatively analyzed by HPLC to study its quality standard. Results:The yield of the total saponins of Panax notoginseng leaves was 12 %. The linear range of ginsenoside Rb3 was (1. 078-6. 468) × 10^-3 mg and the regression equation was Y=0. 2717X+0. 8629 with r value of 0. 9998. The RSD value was 0. 944%. The content of Ginsenoside Rb3 was 11.17%, higher than 10%, which meet the People's Republic of China Pharmacopoeia (2010 edition) requirements. Conclusion:In this study, the extraction rate of total saponins of Panax notoginseng leaves is high and the method is simple and feasible. HPLC is used to detect its content, which could provide good specificity and reproducibility and high accuracy as well.
