摘要
分析中医药治疗子宫肌瘤常用活血化瘀药对桃仁与红花、三棱与莪术、大黄与虫、水蛭与虻虫的配伍意义和临床药效配比,用现代实验研究说明药对配伍的合理性、科学性,将现代实验研究与传统中医药理论结合,有利于深入认识中医药治疗子宫肌瘤的作用机制,指导临床新药的研发,为子宫肌瘤患者带来福音。
To summarize the common use of blood-activating and stasis-resolving medicine pairs and optimum proportion on treating uterine leiomyoma by Traditional Chinese Medicine,such as flos carthami and persicae semen , sanleng and ezhu , dahuang and zhechong , hirudo and gadfly ,and indicate the medicine pairs are reasonable and scientific by modern experimental study. It is benefit for us to understand the mechanism of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the treatment of uterine leiomyoma ,and guide clinical treatment and develop new drugs by combining the modern experimental study and Traditional Chinese Medicine theory, which will bring good news for patients with uterine fibroids.
