地锦草冲剂联合莫匹罗星软膏治疗非特异性外阴炎临床疗效观察

In Euphorbia Humifusa Infusion of Joint Mupirocin Ointment Treat Vulvitis Nonspecific Clinical Curative Effect Observation

目的:观察地锦草冲剂联合莫匹罗星软膏治疗非特异性外阴炎患者的疗效。方法:选取非特异性外阴炎患者100例,随机分为治疗组、对照组各50例。治疗组患者采用中西医结合方法治疗,对照组患者仅用西药治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果、复发情况及症状缓解、皮损好转、溃疡处愈合时间。结果:经过治疗,治疗组患者总有效率为93.8%,优于对照组的74.5%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。停药1个月后,治疗组复发率为10.4%,低于对照组患者的21.2%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者症状缓解时间、皮损好转时间、溃疡处愈合时间均短于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:地锦草冲剂联合莫匹罗星软膏治疗非特异性外阴炎患者临床疗效显著,复发率低,见效快,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To observe the curative effect of Dijincao granule combined with Mupirocin Ointment for treatment of patients with non-specific vulvitis, methods：loo patients with nonspecific vulvitis were selected. The patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 50 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine, while the control group was treated only with Western medicine. The treatment effect, recurrence, symptom relief, skin lesion improvement and ulcer healing time were compared between the two groups. ResuLts： After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.8%, which was better than 74.5% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. After 1 months, the relapse rate of the treatment group was 10.4%, which was lower than that of the control group （21.2%）, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0. 05）. The symptom relief time, skin improvement time and ulcer healing time of the treatment group were shorter than those of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Dijincao granule combined with Mupirocin Ointment significant therapeutic effect in the treatment of patients with non-specific vulvitis, low recurrence rate, quick effect, it is worthy of clinical application.
