中药引起药物性肝损害原因探析

Analysis of the Causes of Drug-Induced Liver Injury Caused by Traditional Chinese Medicine

随着中草药的广泛运用,中药的肝毒性日益受到国内外学者的广泛关注。如何在临床中安全运用中药,减少中药肝毒性成为中医药发展急需解决的关键问题。从肝毒性中药的药物成分、药物的量-时-毒关系、中药药性、药物炮制、药物配伍、用药部位、给药途径以及人为主观因素等各方面探讨中药与肝毒性的相关性,通过分析提出药物肝损害可以通过药物科学炮制、合理配伍、选择安全有效的给药途径、临床上合理规范运用等方式得以减少。

With the extensive use of Chinese herbal medicine, the toxicity of traditional Chinese medicine has been paid more attention by scholars at home and abroad. How to use traditional Chinese medicine safely and reduce the toxicity of traditional Chinese medicine has become the key problem to be solved in the development of traditional Chinese Medicine. This paper probe into the rela- tionship between the toxicity of traditional Chinese medicine and some corresponding factors, including drug composition, amount of drug-- time-- toxicity relationship, property of traditional Chinese medicine, drug processing, drug compatibility, medicine site, route of administration and human subjective factors. It can be concluded that the liver damage of drugs can be reduced by means of scientific processing, reasonable compatibility, safe and effective route of administration, reasonable and standardized clinical application and so on.
