摘要
人事档案在人力资源开发、人才预测和人才政策制订方面具有十分重要的作用。信息时代的到来,让高校人事档案管理理念、体制、模式和方法都发生了深刻的变化,也给传统的人事档案管理模式提出了挑战。高校人事档案管理中的基础设施、网络化建设、软件应用以及管理人员素质仍存在不少实际问题,为此应更新管理理念,实施开放式的安全管理模式,加强管理人员的专业素质,从而提高高校人事档案管理实效。
The personnel archives is playing an increasingly important role in exploring human resources and in foretelling and establishing talents system. In the information age, Not only the university personnel archives management concept, system and method, but and also it's model have changed. This paper analyses some practical problems which exist in university person- nel archives management, such as the basic facilities, network construction, software application and administrators quality. If the university personnel archives management renovate management concept, put into some effective measures which structure the open security management model, and strengthen the professional quality of management personnel, It will improves the effective- ness of the personnel archives management in university. 6refs.
