TRIM44蛋白表达与胃癌预后关系的研究

Relationship Between TRIM44 Expression and Prognosis of Gastric Cancer

目的探讨TRIM44蛋白在胃癌组织中的表达情况以及其对胃癌发生、发展的影响。方法入组60例确诊并接受根治术的胃癌患者,用免疫组化方法检测60例胃癌组织中TRIM44蛋白的表达情况。结果TRIM44蛋白在胃癌组织中高表达,表达率为28.3%(17/60),且其表达与2~3个区域淋巴结侵犯、高复发率密切有关(P<0.05);TRIM44蛋白高表达组的预后较低表达组差(P<0.05)。结论 TRIM44蛋白在胃癌组织中高表达与肿瘤的淋巴侵犯以及高复发率有关,且TRIM44蛋白高表达的胃癌患者总生存更差。

Objective To explore the TRIM44 gene expression in the gastric cancer and its impact on the occur- rence and development of gastric cancer. Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the TRIM44 expression in the 60 cases of gastric cancer. Results The TRIM44 expression rate was 28.3 % （17/60） in the gastric cancer, and was related with 2-3 closely regional lymph node invasion and high recurrence rate; the prognosis of patients with TRIM44 high expression was poorer than that of patients with TRIM44 low expression. Conclusion TRIM44 high expression in the gastric cancer is related with lymph node invasion and high recurrence, patients with TRIM44 high expression has poorer overall survival.
