摘要
素养为本的教育理念和相应的行动倡议得到了世界范围内教育领域的广泛认可。但具体如何设计和实施素养为本的教育,特别是如何开发与素养为本的理念相匹配的评价机制尚没有成熟经验。为此,可构建学习结果层级模型,既区分指向学习结果的多个概念,帮助学生获得知识、技能和能力的统一;又在评价设计、实施、反思环节设计详细的操作步骤,以保证素养为本的教育评价可以真正实现。
The education ideas and corresponding action proposals revolved around competency- oriented education have been widely recognized in worldwide education field. However, it is obvious that much mature experience about how to design and implement the competency-oriented education in practice, especially in the field that how to develop the corresponding assessment system are still needed. So,constructing a learning outcome model can not only identify some important concept, help students obtain the unity of knowledge, skill and competence, but also develop some operating steps in detail including assessment designing, completing and reflecting for making the competency-oriented education assessment come true.
