我国动漫企业版权融资模式的困境及创新路径

版权等无形资产是动漫企业最主要的资产形式,版权融资成为动漫企业融资模式的首选。近年来,我国动漫企业的版权融资及其模式得到了较大的发展,但仍存在一系列问题。基于版权质押融资、股权融资等版权融资模式现状,分析了其存在的缺乏知识产权保护法等法规的保障、版权评估体系等不完善、融资渠道狭窄、版权融资模式落后等困境,进而借鉴美、英、日、韩等典型国家动漫产业版权融资模式的实践经验,提出建立和完善有利于版权融资的相关法律法规、完善政府相关政策配套等措施并且提出动漫产业链融资、项目融资、供应链融资、众筹融资、战略联盟融资等创新融资模式。

Based on its present financing situation of copyright such as pledge financing mode of copyright and equity financing mode etc. , it analyzed such dilemmas as lacking protection of laws and regula- tions of intellectual property law, imperfection of copyright evaluation system, narrow financing channel and backward copyright financing mode etc. , and then leart from practical experience of copyright financing mode of animation industriesfrom the typical countries such as America, Britain, Japan and South Korea, and finally put forward establishing and perfecting the relevant laws and regulations of copyright financing, perfecting the government supporting policies and measures and put forward such innovative financing mode as animation industrial chain financing, project financing, supply chain financing, the strategic alliance financing etc..
