食管癌腔镜手术与传统开胸术式的疗效对比分析

Comparative Analysis of Curative Effect of Endoscopic Surgery and Traditional Thoracotomy

目的:比较分析食管癌腔镜手术与传统开胸术式的临床疗效。方法:选取2015年12月-2016年12月在笔者所在医院接受治疗的80例食管癌患者为研究对象,将所有患者随机分为试验组及对照组,每组40例,对照组予以传统开胸术式治疗,试验组予以食管癌腔镜手术治疗,试验结束后,对两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、术后引流量、引流时间、住院时间及并发症发生率进行比较分析。结果:试验组患者手术时间、引流时间和住院时间短于对照组,术中出血量、术后引流量明显少于对照组,并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:相对于传统开胸术式来说,胸腔镜手术治疗食管癌效果显著,安全性较高,可有效缩短手术时间、引流时间及住院时间,减少术中出血量,降低并发症发生率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To compare the clinical efficacy of endoscopic surgery and traditional thoracotomy.Method：80 patients with esophageal cancer treated in our hospital from December 2015 to December 2016 were selected as the object of study,and all patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional thoracotomy,the experimental group was treated with esophageal cavity endoscopic surgery.After the end of the experiment,the operation time,intraoperative bleeding amount,postoperative lead flow,drainage time,hospitalization time and complication incidence were compared and analyzed.Result：In the experimental group,the operative time,drainage time and hospitalization time were significantly shorter,the intraoperative bleeding amount,postoperative lead flow were significantly less,and complication rate was significantly lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Compared with traditional thoracotomy,thoracoscopic surgery has remarkable curative effect and high safety,it can shorten operative time,drainage time and hospitalization time,reduce bleeding amount and reduce complication rate,which is worthy of clinical application.
