中西医结合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变效果评价

Evaluation of Therapeutic Effect of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变临床效果。方法:选取糖尿病周围神经病变患者90例,随机分为观察组及对照组,各45例。对照组予以运动、饮食、口服降糖药或胰岛素皮下注射等治疗,维持血糖水平正常,并予以营养神经药物甲钴胺500μg肌肉注射,隔日注射1次。观察组在对照组的基础上应用中药治疗,治疗4周为1个疗程。结果:对照组显效10例、有效22例、无效13例,总有效率为71.11%(32/45),观察组则分别为15例、25例、5例、88.89%(40/45),观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变,能够明显促进周围神经的恢复,提高治疗效果,值得临床推广。

Objective：To explore the clinical effect of combined traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment in diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Method：90 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,45 cases in each group.The control group was followed by diabetes treatment principle,such as exercise therapy,diet therapy,oral hypoglycemic drugs or insulin subcutaneous injection to maintain normal blood glucose levels,and gave the neurotrophic drugs of Mecobalamin,500 μg intramuscular injection,injection for once every other day.The observation group used the traditional Chinese medicine treatment based on the control group,four weeks as a course of treatment.Result：After treatment,10 cases were prominent effective,22 cases were effective,13 cases were invalid,and the total effective rate was 71.11%（32/45） in the control group,while the observation group respectively were 15 cases,25 cases,5 cases and 88.89%（40/45）,the total effective rate was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment on diabetic peripheral neuropathy,can promote the recovery of peripheral nerves and increase the efficacy.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
