儿童接种水痘疫苗的护理对策探讨

Nursing Strategy Discussion of Children Vaccinated with Varicella Vaccine

目的:研究儿童接种水痘疫苗的护理对策。方法:将笔者所在疾控中心免疫接种门诊2014年5月-2015年10月接种水痘疫苗的儿童120例随机分为常规护理组和综合护理组,各60例。其中常规护理组接种采用常规护理干预,综合护理组接种采用综合护理干预。比较两组儿童家长对护理的满意度,接种水痘疫苗的不良反应发生率,以及护理前后儿童家长水痘疫苗接种知识掌握度。结果:综合护理组儿童家长对护理的总满意度高于常规护理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);综合护理组接种水痘疫苗的不良反应发生率低于常规护理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理前两组家长水痘疫苗接种知识掌握度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后综合护理组家长水痘疫苗接种知识掌握度更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:儿童接种水痘疫苗的不良反应较多,通过综合护理干预的实施,可有效提高家长对水痘疫苗接种知识掌握度,减少接种水痘疫苗的不良反应发生,促进家长满意度的提高,值得推广。

Objective：To study the nursing strategies of varicella vaccination for children.Method：120 children with varicella vaccination were randomly divided into comprehensive nursing group and routine nursing group in our hospital from May 2014 to October 2015,60 cases in each group.The routine nursing group received routine nursing intervention,and the comprehensive nursing group received comprehensive nursing intervention.The satisfaction of children＇s parents,the incidence of adverse reactions of varicella vaccination,and the knowledge before and after nursing of varicella vaccination of children＇s parents were compared between the two groups.Result：The total satisfaction of children＇s parents in the comprehensive nursing group was higher than that of the conventional nursing group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;the incidence of adverse reaction of varicella vaccination in the comprehensive nursing group was less than that of the conventional nursing group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;before nursing,the parents＇ varicella vaccination knowledge was compared,and there was no significant difference（P〉0.05）;after nursing,the parents＇ varicella vaccination knowledge in the comprehensive nursing group was higher,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The adverse reactions of children with varicella vaccination is more,through the implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention,can effectively improve the parents＇ varicella vaccination knowledge,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions of varicella vaccination,promote parents＇ satisfaction,it is worthy of promotion.
