中药联合生物反馈电刺激治疗产后乳房胀痛效果分析

The Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with Biofeedback Electrical Stimulation on Postpartum Occurred Breast Pain

目的:探讨中药联合生物反馈电刺激治疗产后乳房胀痛效果分析。方法:将纳入研究的200例产妇随机分为研究组和对照组,各100例。研究组在乳房常规护理的基础上给予中药治疗,同时给予生物反馈治疗,对照组给予常规乳房护理。比较研究组与对照组泌乳始动时间,治疗后第3天两组乳房胀痛程度,硬度分级。结果:研究组与对照组治疗后第3天乳房疼痛度比较,研究组疼痛评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=14.32,P<0.05),研究组乳房硬度分级明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=9.80,P<0.05),泌乳始动时间明显早于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=9.29,P<0.05)。结论:产后中药联合生物反馈电刺激治疗乳房胀痛可显著减少泌乳始动时间,减轻乳房胀痛及乳房硬度。

Objective：To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with biofeedback electrical stimulation in postpartum occurred breast pain.Method：200 puerperas were randomly divided into the research group and the control group.The research group was given both traditional Chinese medicine and biofeedback treatment.The control group was given routine breast care.The time of lactation,breast pain,breast hardness after 3 days were compared.Result：There was great difference in scores of breast pain in two groups（t=14.32,P〈0.05）.There was great difference in scores of breast hardness after 3 days in two groups（t=9.80,P〈0.05）.The initial time of lactation in the research group was significantly earlier than that of the control group（t=9.29,P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Traditional Chinese medicine combined with biofeedback electrical stimulation can significantly reduce breast pain,hardness,the initial time of lactation in puerperas.
