手法劈核技术在小切口非超声乳化白内障术中的应用

Application of the Manual Nuclear Chopping Technique in Small Incision Non-phaco Cataract Surgery

目的:探讨手法劈核技术在小切口非超声乳化白内障术中的临床效果。方法:对256例白内障患者施行小切口白内障囊外摘除联合人工晶状体植入术,术中采用晶状体调位钩进行手法劈核,观察术中、术后并发症及术后视力。结果:术中患者巩膜隧道切口外口均<5.5 mm,术后3 d矫正视力>0.5者156例(61%),术后1个月矫正视力>0.5者228例(89%),平均散光度(0.82±0.63)D。术中及术后并发症少见。结论:手法小切口白内障劈核手术,所需器械简单,简便易行,术后并发症少,是一种适合基层治疗白内障的手术方式。

Objective：To discuss the clinical effect of the manual nuclear chopping technique in small incision non-phaco cataract surgery.Method：256 patients with cataract were treated with the small scleral incision ECCE and IOL implantation surgery.During the operation,lens hooks were used in chopping lens nucleus.Intraoperative and postoperative complications were observed,and the visual acuity was also contrasted.Result：The sclerotic tunnel incision was less than 〉5.5 mm.3 days after the surgery,the corrected visual acuity of 156 cases（61%） were 〉0.5;1 month after the surgery,the corrected visual acuity of 228 cases（89%） were 0.5.1 month after the surgery,the mean corneal astigmatism was（0.82±0.63）D.Few complications were found in this group.Conclusion：The manual small incision cataract nucleus breaking technique is a simple appliance needing,easy to perform,less complications and fitting basic level method to treat the cataract.
