摘要
目的:以妇科四个单病种临床路径为例,探讨单病种临床路径教学方法在妇科实习护生教学中的应用效果。方法:选择在笔者所在医院妇科实习的来自不同高等院校护理专业的200名护生为研究对象。随机将其分为临床路径教学组100名,常规教学组100名,分别按照制定的教学计划分组进行教学管理。教学结束后通过对两组学生进行考核,分析两组理论、操作成绩,对妇科单病种临床路径认知情况及教学方法满意度。结果:临床路径教学组实习护生的理论、操作成绩,对妇科单病种临床路径认知及教学方法满意度均明显高于常规教学组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:单病种临床路径教学可使护生有效掌握专科知识和护理技能,提高临床专科护理带教效果。
Objective:To explore the effect of clinical pathway of single disease in gynecology department on cognize of nursing students by four click disease.Method:200 cases gynecology and obstetrics nursing students in our hospital came from diffirent colleges were selected as the research object and divided into the clinical pathway teaching group and the conventional teaching group,each group of 100 cases.At the end of the teaching,theory,operation results and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Result:Theory and operating results,cognize of click disease in gynecology,and teaching satisfaction of the clinical pathway teaching group were obviously higher than those of the conventional teaching group(P〈0.05).Conclusion:The specialist clinical pathway teaching can make student master specialist knowledge and nursing skill,which can effectively improve clinical specialist teaching.
