摘要
目的:探讨小檗碱联合头孢他啶对产AmpC酶大肠埃希菌体外的抑制作用,为临床中西医结合治疗提供用药依据。方法:分别检测小檗碱和头孢他啶对20株产AmpC酶大肠埃希菌株的MIC;采用K-B法对20株产AmpC酶大肠埃希菌做单独小檗碱、单独头孢他啶及头孢他啶+小檗碱的联合药敏试验。结果:头孢他啶对产AmpC酶大肠埃希菌MIC 8~256 g/L;小檗碱对产AmpC酶大肠埃希菌MIC 31.25~250 g/L;头孢他啶+小檗碱联合药敏试验对耐药菌FIC表现均为相加作用;20株产AmpC酶大肠埃希菌药敏试验表现为头孢他啶联合小檗碱比单用头孢他啶的药敏抑菌环直径增大,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小檗碱对产AmpC酶大肠埃希菌具有抑制作用;小檗碱联合头孢他啶对产AmpC酶大肠埃希菌联合药敏结果呈相加作用。
Objective:To explore the effect of Berberine combined with Ceftazidime on AmpC-producing escherichia coli in vitro,to provide medication basis for the clinical treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine.Method:The MIC of Berberine and Ceftazidime to 20 AmpC enzyme escherichia coli were detected separately.The combined susceptibility test of 20 strains of AmpC-producing escherichia coli were detected separately with Berberine,Ceftazidime and Ceftazidime+Berberine by K-B method.Result:The MIC of Ceftazidime to AmpC enzyme escherichia coli was 8-256 g/L,the MIC of Berberine to AmpC enzyme Escherichia coli was 31.25-250 g/L.The FIC of Ceftazidime+Berberine drug susceptibility test to the drug-resistant bacteria performed additive effect.The diameter of the antimicrobial ring by Ceftazidime combined with Berberine were increased than the single use of Ceftazidime,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Berberine can inhibit the AmpC-producing escherichia coli,and Berberine combined with Ceftazidime shows additive effect on the drug sensitivity of escherichia coli producing AmpC enzyme.
