自动痔疮套扎术治疗老年痔40例临床观察与体会

Clinical observation and experience of automatic ligation of hemorrhoids in the treatment of 40 cases of senile hemorrhoids

目的探讨自动痔疮套扎术(RPH)治疗老年痔病的临床效果。方法 40例老年痔病患者给予RPH治疗,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果术后1月时治愈30例(100%);平均住院时间7.4 d;所有患者恢复良好,未发生严重术后并发症。结论 RPH操作简便,并发症较少,疗效好,适合老年痔病的治疗。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of automatic ligation of hemorrhoids in the treatment of elderly patients with hemorrhoids. Methods Forty cases of elderly patients with hemorrhoids RPH treatment, the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results After 1 months, thirty cases were cured （100%）. The average hospitalization time was 7.4 d. All patients recovered well and no serious postoperative complications occurred. Conclusion RPH was simple and easy to operate, with less complications and good curative effect, which was suitable for the treatment of elderly patients with hemorrhoids.
