摘要 主动配电网(Active Distribution Network,AND)是充分消纳分布式电源以及满足配电系统供电可靠性的关键。针对分布式电源种类多样化以及规模扩大化的特点,提出了基于多代理系统(Multi-agent System,MAS)的ADN日前-实时调度策略。该策略运用多代理技术对ADN进行分区管控,构建ADN日前-实时优化调度模型,使ADN调度在空间与时间层面上实现解耦。通过建立日前调度和实时调度模型,保证日前优化运行的经济性以及实时优化调度的即时性;选取微分进化算法(Differential Evolution,DE)作为模型的求解工具;通过IEEE33节点算例仿真形成ADN日前优化调度策略,并在该策略的基础上选取典型时间段面进行实时优化;仿真结果验证所提策略的可行性与有效性。 Active distribution network (ADN) is the key to accommodate distributed energy resources and to meet the requirement for power supply reliability of distribution system. By considering the diversification and the gradual ex- pansion of DER, the day-ahead and real-time scheduling method of ADN is proposed based on multi-agent system (MAS). MAS is applied to implement divisional control of ADN, to build day-ahead and real-time optimized scheduling model of AND, which decouples the dispatching of ADN at space and time level. Day-ahead and real-time scheduling model is established to ensure economy of the day-ahead optimized scheduling and the immediacy of the real-time optimized scheduling. In addition, differential evolution (DE) algorithm is used to solve the model. In the end, day-ahead optimized schedule strategy of ADN is determined through IEEE33-bus system simulation, and is real-time optimized in a chosen typical time segment. The simulation results verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed strategy.
