摘要
针对FCD1软脆光学镜片高效高成品率的精密加工问题,本研究提出了一种使用复合结合剂金刚石丸片的精研加工技术,其金刚石丸片研具采用了金属、树脂和添加剂等复合结合剂。在精研过程中,丸片表层金刚石磨粒对工件的切深一致性避免了工件表面易出现的深划痕,可有效减少后道抛光工序加工时间,从而提高FCD1软脆光学镜片的生产效率和成品率。
To attain machining soft brittle optical glasses FCD1 withhigh efficiency and yield rate, acomposite binder diamond pellet lapping technique will be introduced in this paper. The pellet used composite binding agent of metallic bond, resin bond and additive. In the fine lapping processing, near equal-cutting-depth processing was realized by using composite binder diamond pellet lapping technique, and deep scratches were avoided in the process. The processing time will be reduced in post polishing processing, and the efficiency and yield rate will be improved.
