摘要
以一种新型的运动控制器—A3200控制器为核心搭建了数控系统硬件平台,对控制器的控制函数及直接命令进行了研究,基于机床的需求开发了数控系统软件平台。同时,结合A3200控制器与伺服系统参数整定与优化方法,对伺服系统参数进行了整定和优化,提高了系统的精确性和稳定性。最后,对半球谐振子进行了加工试验,验证了数控系统的控制性能及加工精度。
Hemispherical resonator is the core component of hemispherical resonator gyro (HRG), its machining precision directly affect the final performance indicator of HRG. The numerical control system hardware platform is set up according to the actual needs based on a new type of motion contraoller-A3200 controller. The control functions are studied for developing the control software based on the requirement of machine tool. Combined with the adjustment and optimization methods of servo system parameters of A3200 controller, to adjust and optimize servo system parameters, the accuracy and stability of the system are improved. Finally, the processing experiments of hemispherical resonator are completed. The control performance and processing accuracy of numerical control system are verified.
