摘要
针对航空发动机高温合金涡轮导向器上窄槽的特殊结构,现有的加工方法各有其优缺点。传统的加工方法工艺成熟,但成本高,效率低。通过试验研究,高速磨削加工能极大的增加材料的去除率,提高加工效率,并能使窄槽加工得到很好的表面质量,在航空制造业具有广阔的应用前景。
Narrow groove is a kind of special structure in the high temperature alloy turbine stator of aeroengme. Traditional manufacturing methods are sophisticated with high cost and low productivity. High speed grinding is a novel technology that materials can be subtracted with high efficiency and the surface quality of narrow groove can be better, which involves a prospective significance and wildly application foreground in aerospace industry.
