摘要
当管道与高压输电线路在一个公共走廊中时,会受到电磁场影响,通常称之为AC电磁干扰。当干扰产生的感应电压较高时,会威胁到管道操作及维修人员的安全。因此,研究高压交流输电线路对邻近管道的影响,判断其是否超过限值,提出减小电磁干扰的方法和防护措施意义重大。该文选取淮南-南京-上海1000 k V特高压交流输电工程中,泰州站与苏州站之间包10段输电线路与天然气管道3作为系统模型,采用加拿大SES公司开发的CDEGS软件仿真计算输电线路正常负载运行下对管道3的稳态干扰值,并对管道3上的感应电位分布情况进行分析评估。结论是管道3在进户位置上的对地感应电压高于人体安全电压限值,需采取沿管道敷设裸铜带等防护措施。
When the pipeline is in the same public corridor with the high voltage transmission line, it will be affected by the electromagnetic field, which is usually referred as AC electromagnetic interference. When the induced AC vohage produced by the interference is higher, it will threat the safety of the pipeline operation and maintenance staff. Therefore, It is of great significance to study the influence of the high voltage AC transmission line on the nearby pipeline and to judge whether it exceeds the limited value and to put forward the method reducing the electromagnetic effect and the Mitigation-Method. This paper selects section 10 trans-mission line and gas pipeline 3 between the Taizhou Station and the Suzhou Station of "Huainan-Nanjing-Shanghai 1000 kV UHVAC power transmission project" as the system model. We use CDEGS developed by Canada SES Company to simulate steady state disturbance on pipeline 3 caused by transmission lines under steady state operation and to analyze the induction potential distribution on the pipeline 3. The conclusion is that the induced voltage of the pipeline 3 at household entrance is higher than the human safety voltage limits, and we need to lay bare copper along the pipeline or take other protective measures.
