摘要
为了适应智能电网的全面发展与普及,对电力通信网存在的风险进行综合评价就显得尤为重要,而在整个评价体系中,风险指标的权重将直接影响着评价结果。通常风险指标权重的确定采取主客观权重相加或相乘的组合形式,这种形式会使最终结果不符合实际。提出了一种改进的综合赋权法,利用博弈论思想将熵权法和层次分析法得到的方案层指标权重组合起来,再利用层次分析法思想中上层指标对下层指标的指导作用,将两种方法的求权过程合理的综合起来,得到最终的权重结果。经仿真分析,该方法改进了传统配用电通信网风险评价中在权重确定方面的不合理性,使得权重赋值的结果更符合实际。
In order to adapt to the overall development and popularization of smart grid, the comprehensive risk evaluation of power communication network is particularly important. In the whole evaluation system, the weight of risk index will directly affect the evaluation results. Usually, the weight of the risk index is determined by the combination of subjective and objective weight, which can make the final result inconsistent with the actual results. In this paper, an improved comprehensive weighting method is proposed. By using the game theory, the index weights'of the schemes obtained by the entropy weight method and the analytic hierarchy process are combined. Then by using the analytic hierarchy process to guide the upper and lower indicators, the process of the two methods is synthesized reasonably to get the final result of the weight. By simulation analysis, the method solves the unrationality of traditional electric communication network risk evaluation in the weight-counting, it makes the weights more in line with the reality.
