小学英语教师专业素养的区域差异分析——以山东省三个县区的现状调研为例 被引量:15

Analysis of Regional Differences on English Teachers' Professional Quality in Primary Schools——A Case Study of Teachers in Three Counties in Shandong

摘要 对山东省三类不同教育发展水平的县区开展小学英语教师专业素养现状调查发现,区域间教师专业素养差异极其显著,个性特征鲜明。一类区域已处于稳定期,教师数量充足,专业素养水平高,发展需求较为多元,但专业精神表现相对偏低。二类区域正处于发展期,城乡均衡工作较好,农村教师规模扩充迅速,城市教师的专业能力和自我信念有待提高。三类区域尚处于起步期,但起点较好,教师工作热情高,城乡差异大。 The study focuses on the current situation of English teachers'professional qualities in primary schools in three counties at different development stages in Shandong province.Results show significant regional differences in teachers'professional qualities and distinct personalities.The primary schools in Class Ⅰ regions are in a stable period with plenty number of teachers who have high level of professional qualities.The teachers show various requirements of development but a lack of professional spirit.The primary schools in Class Ⅱ regions are in the period of development with a good balance between rural and urban development and a rapid expansion of rural teacher scale.The professional qualities and self-belief of urban teachers needs to be promoted.The primary schools in Class Ⅲ regions are still in the starting period where there is a good starting point and teachers are enthusiastic,but there is a big difference between the development in urban and rural areas.
